Who we are
The Chow Hall is owned and operated by Corey Martin, a service-disabled veteran and a native of Dadeville, AL. Corey launched The Chow Hall March of 2023 inspired by his joy for competition cooking and love for the military.
The Chow Hall is a 24’ mobile commercial kitchen and can rival any traditional brick and mortar restaurant. All equipment is NSF grade and surpasses the Alabama Health Code regulations.
The Chow Hall is a revival of Southern food and traditions rooted at Lake Martin where we call home. Our recipes are simply crafted and made from scratch daily using recipes that have been handed down for over 3 generations; we have infused our Southern spirit into every bite.
